FAQs

  • I am primarily available on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. During booking, you will be able to view my available times on these days. If you are interested in hiring me for a weeknight or a state holiday, please contact me, and we can arrange something.

  • Starting January 2025, a non-refundable $150 deposit will be required for all bookings made through the SimplyBook.me service. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice balance, which will be due 30 days after the event concludes.

  • You may visit my Instagram or Facebook pages to see and hear how my sound system performs. Pictures of my setups and events I previously worked on are included at the bottom of this page.

  • I charge $70 per hour for the duration of the event in addition to the package prices listed above, along with the Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.712%. During the booking process, you will be able to view these prices in detail for 3, 4, and 5-hour service selections.

    These prices have been carefully calculated to offer you the best possible value for the highest quality gear available. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days after the event date. Payments can be made in cash, by check, or via the Stripe payment processor service included in the invoice. If paying by check, please make it payable to “Tyty Media, LLC”.

  • The booking system allows reservations up to six months in advance. Additionally, bookings cannot be made for events occurring within 14 days from the current date.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 1 month before the date of the event.

  • After selecting a service package (Sound System Operation & Rental) along with a package add-on (one of the packages listed above), you will be asked to complete a form with a series of questions to help me meet and hopefully exceed your needs. If your requirements exceed what any of the packages above offer, please select the Custom Package option during booking, and I will contact you to further refine the details.
